Urban Exchange Apartments
This new 233,000 SF, four-story apartment building houses space for 204 apartment units and three retail spaces. The building is four stories of wood-framed construction over two stories of structured concrete parking and grade level retail. The design included multiple pedestrian bridges linking the units.
