IDIQ Contracts
Over the years, McMullan has established itself as a highly rated Prime Engineer and Structural Subconsultant for various IDIQ contract vehicles with federal, state, and municipal agencies, as well as institutions and public systems for learning (K-12 and higher education). Since 1988, McMullan has been part of more than 175 IDIQ contract teams.
As Prime Engineer, we have led a total of 20 prime structural/civil/seismic/security engineering IDIQ contract vehicles to date. Our prime engineer contracts involve architecture, civil and MEP engineering, cost estimating, and active project management with quality control/construction inspections. We also specialize in providing a wide variety of structural engineering services under IDIQ contracts that require rapid response and creative solutions. Approximately, 75% of our work is under task order contracts for which most are related to repair and renovation projects.
