Brookfield Elementary School
This project completely renovates the existing Brookfield Elementary School with finishes and systems throughout as well as expanding its footprint with an 18,000 SF addition. Specifically, the complete renovation and reorganization of the existing building includes demolition of interior and non-bearing walls, a new two-story academic/classroom addition, new gymnasium, an administration addition with a single-story main administration suite and main entrance addition, expanded cafeteria including a new kitchen, new library to be located in the current gymnasium, new playgrounds, and an outdoor classroom.
