Its concepts include Carlyle (American bistro), Coastal Flats (seafood), and Sweetwater Tavern (Old West-themed brew pub). This popular Coastal Flats location in Fairfax Corner is a 10,000 SF building designed to make the most cost-effective use of glue laminated timbers and minimal structural steel to create a clean open space with plenty of natural light.
