Children's National Woodmore Towne Center MOB

McMullan is the structural engineer for this 60,000 SF medical office building that will be constructed in two phases – the first for core and shell, the second for tenant fit-outs. The building is a three-story standalone structure with no basement and parking on grade. Part of the preliminary due diligence will be to determine any loading requirements for special equipment, especially as they are anticipated to impact the second phase of construction.
